Come celebrate the start of Advent in the unique setting of the Podhlavice Mill. We invite you to our second tasting dinner, which will take place on Saturday, November 30. The theme of the evening, “The Evening Before We Light the First Candle”, will immerse you in the magical atmosphere of Advent before we ceremoniously light the first candle on the Advent wreath. The dinner is combined with a tour of this picturesque location, which will take you into the heart of the old mill and introduce you to its story.
You’ll enjoy a varied selection of dishes inspired by traditional recipes, combined with modern culinary trends—all in an authentic setting where the past and present blend in perfect harmony.

For our special evenings, the kitchen will be led by Dominik Unčovský, winner of the national round of the Bocuse d'Or and a participant in the European finals.
Dominik’s entire team creates the perfect harmony between trendy modern gastronomy and preserving all the traditional elements that our mill and the surrounding countryside represent.
