Spring
In the spring months, you can enjoy the awakening of nature as you walk the surrounding trails and watch the trees and plants bloom on our farm. The location of our hotel in a quiet setting makes it an ideal retreat for nature lovers and relaxation. Discover the surroundings of the hotel and let yourself be carried away by the peace and quiet of the countryside. Chamomile Farm adds another dimension to this natural oasis. Summer
Green meadows, lush fields, idyllic dense forests and picturesque landscape. Summer at the mill is not only colourful and wonderfully fresh, but also promises plenty of adventure, adventure and relaxation. With us you will experience interesting hikes, breathtaking hikes and trails, unforgettable sunsets, rustic mountain pastures.
Autumn
The vibrant green leaves gradually change their colours to a captivating palette of oranges, yellows and reds. A gentle breeze carries the scent of fallen leaves, while warm sunlight provides a golden glow to the surroundings. This is the beauty of nature in autumn at our hotel. Our forests become a kaleidoscope of hues, from fiery red to brilliant gold, creating a visual symphony. Every step through the forest in autumn feels like a walk through a masterpiece, as if nature itself were the artist. Winter
During the winter, a snowy and dreamy landscape awaits you all around the mill. Snowflakes sparkling in the light of the winter sun, beautiful wide meadows, forests and pastures wrapped in white blankets.
The ideal place to discover the Jizera Mountains. Podhlavický mill is an ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Just a short distance away you will find the highest peak and the main landmark of North Bohemia - Ještěd. Our landscape has many possibilities for winter activities: ski resorts, cross-country skiing trails and snowshoe hikers. In our restaurant you can expect calm, white, enchanting winter wonderland, beautiful days, pleasant evenings and meetings.
