1. OUR MOTIVATION FOR SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is a topic that is now integrated into clients' corporate strategies and is gradually becoming an integral part of the European economic transformation.
Shared responsibility for the state of the planet is essential to maintain healthy and dignified living conditions for future generations. We at Tarsier II s.r.o. join this challenge.
Our specialty is client service, especially in marketing, event and travel services. As a local trusted partner of large companies, our most significant contribution to improving the environment and quality of life in society is our active support and synergy with our clients' sustainable goals.
We are working on mapping the impact of our own activities. We are constantly trying to increase our expertise in sustainability, expanding our range of sustainable solutions that make sense to us at the agency. We are an important part of our clients' supply chain, whose legal obligation includes measurable sustainability (ESG criteria & reporting).
Therefore, it is also crucial for us as a supplier and partner to be able to react promptly and provide both the necessary solutions and information about our own responsible activities.
We pride ourselves on the active collaboration of our team, which is a prerequisite for successful agency development.
CURRENT STATE OF SUSTAINABILITY
Point 0 of the Tarsier II s.r.o.
- Tarsier II s.r.o. is preparing the development of a comprehensive sustainable strategy 2024-2030. Based on the survey and comments from senior management, key areas of focus on sustainability issues for each division have been defined. This year we are analysing the available data for 2023 and working on a baseline calculation of Tarsier II s.r.o. annual carbon footprint. This step represents an important link in the corporate sustainability strategy, which must have clearly defined and measurable targets.
- We have the know-how of a sustainability and ESG specialist with whom sustainability issues can be consulted or addressed internally at any time.
- As part of Tarsier II s.r.o. service offering, we provide a practical online course "From Sustainability to ESG" for managers and employees on the topic, guiding them towards more sustainable business practices, "green" partnerships and greater efficiency in working with data.
- We are an associate member of the A-CSR, the Association of Corporate Social Responsibility, which brings together both companies and non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic that are actively involved in sustainability. Cooperation provides us with inspiration and the opportunity to develop in sustainability through examples of good practice and various forms of education.

Through continuous monitoring, we obtain data on the real activity of the agency and then plan to create an official annual non-financial report.
As part of our annual team building, we organize a socially or environmentally beneficial event with a positive impact on our local community once a year.
2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
Responsible consumption
At Tarsier II s.r.o. , we follow these basic principles and recommendations:
- We're not wasting resources. This applies both to the activities of employees inside and outside the company (in the context of the service provided to clients). We proactively choose more environmentally friendly options.
- We look for energy-efficient ways, we are not afraid of innovations that have a positive impact on the environment or society.
- We keep track of energy sources, waste and manage it responsibly.
- We are open to working with partners and subcontractors who help improve the environmental or social conditions of our clients and our community.
Support for shared goals
- Internally at Tarsier II s.r.o. , we are informed through dialogue with the ESG specialist. We are contributing to the development of the agency's 2024-2030 sustainability strategy.
- By taking proactive steps in the area of sustainability, we want to be a respected player in our industry and a source of inspiration for SME* clients.
- We are looking for practical and innovative solutions for implementation in the sustainable process of companies.
- We ensure professional communication and prevent the risks of greenwashing.
- We pride ourselves on our professional approach and the trust our clients have in us. The most current priority of our responsible approach is the maximum protection and security of sensitive data that we work with every day.

3. SUSTAINABILITY MONITORING
We have defined the main drivers of our impact, which we need to better monitor and evaluate on an ongoing basis using online tools. Their analysis is the basis for setting specific sustainable targets.
The whole process is coordinated by an ESG specialist in coordination with the heads of the different Tarsier II s.r.o.
This person is responsible for:
- Active use of an online application to calculate the annual carbon footprint and collect data
- Online questionnaires for each division (1x per year)
- Sustainable data recording within each division
We evaluate the data annually to see how well we are achieving our goals.

4. CLIENTS AND SUSTAINABILITY
We currently provide professional services to clients, more than 70% of which are corporate companies. They are the ones subject to the current mandatory legislative requirements related to sustainability reporting.
We are actively educating ourselves on the issues so that we can respond effectively to current client needs in the future.
We can expect that specific client requirements for sustainable solutions as well as the provision of sustainable behaviour data will increase every year. These demands will begin to influence the supply chain of which we are a part and may be a condition for further collaboration with clients. The availability of relevant data on our own responsible activities is becoming a new criterion for cooperation.
Every step successfully implemented towards sustainable goals is a promise for future cooperation with key clients and an opportunity to strengthen the Tarsier II s.r.o. brand reputation.
As sustainability becomes more embedded in clients' communications and marketing plans, we will be educating our staff on sustainability in parallel. Depending on the type of services we provide, we will focus particularly on greenwashing (marketing communications) and data security (data management within event services and travel services).
