Our evening together will be themed “White February—The Fields Grow Strong”, as we draw inspiration from the beauty of winter nature, folk wisdom, and the traditions of the Czech countryside.
You can look forward to a culinary experience that combines the best of traditional recipes with modern gastronomic trends. The dishes, carefully selected and prepared with an emphasis on seasonality and authentic ingredients, celebrate not only Czech traditions but also the beauty and abundance of the countryside. The entire evening will be enveloped in an atmosphere that will draw you into the story of an old mill, where history naturally meets the present.

For our special evenings, the kitchen will be led by Dominik Unčovský, winner of the national round of the Bocuse d'Or and a participant in the European finals.
Dominik’s entire team creates the perfect harmony between trendy modern gastronomy and preserving all the traditional elements that our mill and the surrounding countryside represent.
