For our special evenings, Dominik Unčovský, winner of the national round of the Bocuse d'Or and a participant in the European final, will lead the kitchen.
Together with his team, Dominik creates a perfect harmony between modern, trendy gastronomy and the traditions represented by our mill and the surrounding countryside—all within our open kitchen.

Definitely the mushroom soufflé with birch ice cream and blueberries.
