Tarsier II s.r.o. is committed to protecting your privacy. Therefore, we have written this Privacy Policy to outline how your data is collected, used, and stored.

Here you will learn how we handle the personal data you provide when using our services. All data is safe with us, and we do not sell your information to anyone. Tarsier II s.r.o. considers the obtained personal and other data strictly confidential. In processing them, we comply with the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), otherwise known as GDPR, as well as the Czech Republic's adaptation laws regulating this area.

Every user has the right to be informed about the data Tarsier II s.r.o. holds about them and is entitled to modify this data or express written disagreement with its processing. Every user can also request the deletion of all their personal data, but by doing so, they lose the ability to receive information about news, guides, and special offers for loyal clients. Purposes of Processing for Which Personal Data Are Intended

Tarsier II s.r.o. processes personal data for several purposes, which vary mainly based on the data subject and the relationship Tarsier II s.r.o. has with the data subject.

The personal data of our clients are processed for the purpose of fulfilling contracts for the supply of services and work. We process only the data necessary for the smooth and efficient fulfillment of contractual obligations and legal duties arising from them. The personal data of employees are processed for recruitment and record-keeping purposes according to legal requirements. We also process the personal data of subjects to provide information about news in our services and products, competitions, and other marketing activities of Tarsier II s.r.o.


Legal basis for processing

All personal data processed by Tarsier II s.r.o. is based on the legal grounds listed below:

  • Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

We process personal data primarily for the purpose of developing and maintaining business relationships with our clients or potential partners. We aim to build long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships, and we are committed to ensuring that our services and products help our clients to the greatest extent possible in developing their own businesses.

Personal data processed automatically may be transferred to third parties when necessary to fulfill our business obligations or to develop business relationships. Tarsier II s.r.o. does not transfer any personal data to third countries outside the European Union or to countries that the European Commission has not designated as having adequate data protection.

Personal data is processed for a limited period. For each purpose of processing, the duration of personal data processing is defined, and this period may vary depending on the purpose and the legal basis for processing the given personal data.

Rights of data subjects.

Under the EU regulation, data subjects have the right to request from the controller access to personal data concerning them, as well as the right to rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing, and the right to data portability.

If the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, the data subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent can be done either automatically or in writing, using the contact details provided above.

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if there is a relevant reason to do so.

In the event that the provision of personal data is a legal or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract, the data subject is obliged to provide the personal data to the necessary extent. If the data subject refuses to provide these data, the controller is entitled to refuse to enter into cooperation with the data subject or otherwise secure its rights.
