DOMINIK UNČOVSKÝ
For our special evenings, Dominik Unčovský, winner of the national round of the Bocuse d´Or and a participant in the European final, will lead the kitchen.
Together with his team, Dominik creates a perfect harmony between modern, trendy gastronomy and the traditions represented by our mill and the surrounding countryside-all within our open kitchen.

Definitely the mushroom soufflé with birch ice cream and blueberries
