Why do we say, right at the start of our first tasting dinner, that NOTHING IS PERFECT...? The explanation is simple.

We are at the beginning of a long and wonderful journey, one that will undoubtedly be marked by our mistakes and imperfections. This is the only way we can learn and continue to create the best possible experience.

We understand that it's the little things that lead to perfection, but perfection itself is no small thing.

DOMINIK UNČOVSKÝ & LUKÁŠ ČARNÝ

For our special evenings, Dominik Unčovský, winner of the national round of the Bocuse d'Or and a participant in the European final, will lead the kitchen.

Together with his team, Dominik creates a perfect harmony between modern, trendy gastronomy and the traditions represented by our mill and the surrounding countryside—all within our open kitchen.

Our recommendation?
Definitely the mushroom soufflé with birch ice cream and blueberries.

Having a hotel without a bar is like playing football without a ball. Our lobby bar is the heart of the hotel, it's where everything that matters often happens.

From the very beginning, we knew that the cocktails at our bar had to be simple yet exceptional. That’s why we chose to collaborate with one of the best – Václavem Vojíř, the founder and owner of Bugsy's Bar in Prague. Under his guidance, Adam Bohuňek crafted five unique, signature drinks, each with a nod to chamomile.

In our opinion, he did an outstanding job. The white Negroni with mango yogurt is sure to be the star of your evening.
