Mill Barbecue

Every Friday evening, the barn at Podhlavický Mill comes alive with the scent of wood, smoke, and seasonal ingredients. The Mill Barbecue, which takes place from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., is based on cooking over an open fire and a genuine approach to ingredients.
